European Project "Future skills in the graphical industry"

Intergraf, Uni Europe Graphical and EGIN initiated a European Project in relation with the European Social Dialogue of the Printing Industry, the project is funded by the European Union. The official title of the project is:
Future Skills in the Graphical Industry: Identifying and promoting best practices in Europe.

The title of the project states exactly what the project is about. Research will be done on how EU member states deal with the identification of new jobs and new skills, how these are transferred into training courses, modules and education and how these are implemented at all levels where education and training take place. Main focus will be on identifying successful processes of identification and

implementation. Other countries can benefit from best practices and possibilities of easy and successful transfer can be found. Of course also the content of the new skills, profiles and jobs will play an important role.
