Backgound of keynote speakers Backgound issues for the conferenceIn many countries the labour market shows an increasing demand for people. How do schools and training organisations react to those developments. How are people trained for the 'new trends on the labour market?'; how do we develop sustainable training patways for people entering the labour market and for those who are already working. Important issue is also what we, within the EGIN network can do to help, support each other and possibly to develop projects, materials in a systems of co-creation.
